2. Obtaining & Sustaining High Quality Staff
- Increase staff job satisfaction by implementing suggestions made by staff & approved by management
- Manage workload in a fair & equitable manner
- Work with administration to attract high quality staff & fill vacant positions as quickly as possible, while effectively screening for qualified, committed employees
- Obtain affordable "extra" help when feasible (i.e. utilizing summer employees, Limited Term Employees, interns, volunteers, etc.)
3. Sharing Our Successes
- Work with administration & other departments to highlight successes in the Waushara Argus/Resorter
- Show appreciation to each other by recognizing specific "everyday successes"
- Educate the community & our employees about what we do, our values & mission and why our services are vital to Waushara County
4. Ensuring Our Responsibility to Those we Serve and to our Funders
- Increase billing medical assistance programs & insurance companies in order to recoup/save as many county dollars as possible
- Review reports, files and/or charts quarterly to ensure timeliness & accuracy of documentation as set by the State & other funders
- Case notes completed within 14 days across all units
- Continue to be proactive in applying for state initiatives & collaborating with neighboring counties to bring additional resources to Waushara County
