Election Day 4/2/19
Posted Date:
April 2, 2019, is Election Day!

Polls will be open statewide from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. If you are unsure where your designated polling place is located, go to

Items on the ballot common to all county residents include supreme court justice and court of appeals judge. There will also be school board and municipal contests to vote on. To see exactly what will be on the ballot for your municipality/district, go to

After the polls close Tuesday night, the county’s municipalities will report their results to the Waushara County Clerk's Office, which will total the results for any federal/state/county contests and post them as a news item here.

In addition, the clerk's office will post the actual results sheets received from each municipality. These sheets will include results for ALL contests: state, county, municipal, sanitary district, and school district.

Remember that the numbers posted here are UNOFFICIAL results, and that some districts cross municipal – and even county – lines (e.g., school districts). Therefore, these numbers should not be considered official or complete.

Furthermore, the county is responsible for canvassing/certifying the correctness of only any federal/state/county results, and will post those official results after its canvass on Tuesday, April 9.

Official results for municipal and school district contests will have to be obtained from those entities directly.

If you have questions about elections and voting, call the Waushara County Clerk's Office at (920) 787-0442, or the Wisconsin Elections Commission at (866) VOTE-WIS.
