The Veteran Service Officer provides counseling and assisting military veterans and their dependents or survivors in claiming various Federal, State and County entitlements or benefits.

The Veteran Service Officer, William Rosenau is a full time, 40 hour a week position. The Officer is in the office Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Veterans are encouraged to call for an appointment.

The office is also staffed by a full time administrative assistant, Dawn DeBraal who is available from 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The Veterans Committee of three Waushara County supervisors currently meets on the 1st Monday of the even numbered month in the county veterans’ service office at 8:15 AM.
